Spicy creole potatoes

Ingredients:

10-13 potatoes (cut into cubs)
water
1 Tbsp garlic salt
 creole seasoning (or less depending on how spicy you want it)
1 onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
your choice of shredded cheese 

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes with the garlic salt, and creole seasoning
2. strain potatoes and return to the pot
3. do not mash the potatoes you want them in cubes
4. add onions, bell pepper, and your choice of shredded cheese (I like the mexican style shredded cheese but its up to you) 
5. stir in the cheese, onion, and bell pepper can serve
