Mini caramel apples

Mini caramel apples

Ingredients:

extra large apples (about 3 to 4)
caramel & 2 TBSP of milk
lollipop sticks
a metal TBSP coffee scoop
wax paper or plates or a cookie sheet

Instructions:

1. First, prepare a cookie sheet or plates with wax paper. Peel the apples, then scoop balls out of them with the metal coffee scoop. Push a lollipop stick into the center of the balls. Pat them dry with a paper towel and put them in the fridge or freezer while you make the caramel.
2. Unwrap the caramel and melt them in pot over medium-low heat, with 2 TBSP of milk. Once the caramel is smooth and melted, remove it from the heat and dip the apple pops one by one, letting the excess caramel drip back into the pot. Place the dipped apples onto the waxed cookie sheet or plates.
